"Our water supply from the city has a lot of rust and sediment. To the point of having to wash white clothes multiple times and even using “iron out” which ended up stripping any coloring we had in white clothes. I even reached the point where I had to change my faucets. The clear casing of the filter system shows me just how much rust and sediment we have in our water. I wish I had done this years ago!"
"After receiving a system that was damaged during shipping, I contacted the support team at Express Water to describe my dilemma. I sent a few pictures and after a few emails, a new system was delivered to me free from damage. "This product is cheap and poorly made. I wish I never bought it. After only 3+ years, I was awaken this morning by a neighbor who saw water flowing out of my garage. The cheap blue housing cracked and I had 3 inches of water in my garage. Their lame support persons wants you to jump through hoops showing pictures and receipts, but it doesn't matter as they only warranty for one year. WTF? These greedy clowns don't even sell the housing replacements, only a single stage filter with extra hardware you don't with and added cost for being a customer. This company is rotten to the core. . . Will find alternate housing."
"I loved my whole house system until the housing began to have pin hole leaks. I tried to get replacement housing and have had multiple conversations with at least two different Expresswater personnel and sent photos and details multiple times. I have agreed to purchase and was told I had to go to this WaterExpress website and sent all info in again. Still no assistance on correct housing. I have been without my house filter over 3 months and considering purchase of a entire new system. I am not impressed with this customer service so looking elsewhere. My system is barely 5 years old. I am so disappointed in both the lack of availability of housing only replacements and poor customer service!"
"I research for a month and I ran into this express water. Ultimate whole house filter system. I installed it myself had zero problems all the gauges work the water feels great after a shower. I’m on Citi water, but seen a difference immediately my only regret was not buying this one sooner. I used pex pipe. Took me the whole day to install it because I’m a perfectionist. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one was worthy total cost with extra filters thousand bucks."
